Gregor Kovacic has been appointed as the  Principal Conductor of the orchestras in Salzburg, Bleiburg (Austria) and Ravne (Slovenia). He is rapidly establishing a reputation as one of the most sought after conductors to emerge from Slovenia in recent years. 

For several years now he has been intensively preoccupied with symphonic wind music and has already arranged a considerable number of works for symphonic wind ensemble and various chamber groups. He is transcribing classical pieces for renowned publishing house Baton Music. 

He published Progressive studies for Clarinet ” Clarinetum”. In 2024 is going to be published his book, Conduct or be conducted.
